Mr. Maister received a B.A., from the University of Pennsylvania in 1989, and a J.D., cum laude, from Nova Southeastern University in 1996.

Based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Maister represents clients throughout the United States, including Broward County, Palm Beach and Miami-Dade counties. He has tried over 200 cases and has argued appeals before every Florida Court, including the Supreme Court.

Criminal Defense

Mr. Maister practices in the areas of Federal and State criminal law representing individuals and businesses charged with business crimes, white collar, murder, DUI/DWI, property crimes and drug offenses.
